Flannery O'Connor was conceived in Savannah Georgia, on March 25, 1925. In her works she depicts the southern character and air. Her fixation on the odd is uncovered in obscurity and bleak plots of her accounts. In the short story â€Å"A Good Man is Hard to Find,† she utilizes Christianity as a major proposal. The quest for the importance of the Christian confidence in the story depends on her view that cutting edge society was changing for the most noticeably awful. O’Connor sees the ways of life of the first class Southern individuals to be a front. This story centers around Christianity being loaded up with wrongdoing and discipline, great and underhandedness, conviction and unbelief. Her neckline and sleeves were white organdy cut with ribbon, and at her neck area, she stuck a purple shower of material violets containing a sachet. If there should arise an occurrence of a mishap, anybody seeing her dead on the roadway would know on the double that she was a lady†(138).
